GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Class & Schedule Changes: GAYA Centre may modify class schedules, instructors, or events without notice.
Facility Policies: Members and guests must adhere to safety, hygiene, and conduct guidelines.
Management Rights: GAYA Centre reserves the right to refuse service, suspend memberships, or remove individuals who fail to comply with policies.
No Bags Permitted in Gym & Studio Areas: Personal bags must be stored in designated areas.
Strict Anti-Theft Policy: Any theft will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Equipment Damage Liability: Any member responsible for damaging equipment will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
Security Cameras: Surveillance cameras operate throughout the premises for safety and to prevent fraudulent activity.

By purchasing a membership or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

All Sales Are Final: No refunds, transfers, or exchanges on memberships, class passes, recovery spa sessions, personal training, or studio hire.
No Refunds for Unused Services: No credits for unused memberships, class passes, or missed sessions.
Medical Cancellations: Only considered with a valid medical certificate, at the discretion of management.

BOOKING POLICY

Booking Methods: Classes and services can be booked online or in person.
Limited Availability: Book early as spots fill up fast.
Walk-Ins Not Guaranteed: Online booking is strongly recommended to secure a spot.
Plan Ahead: Book early to avoid disappointment.

YOGA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Respect & Conduct: Members must respect others and honor the space.
Personal Belongings: No personal bags in the yoga studio.
Hygiene & Safety: Bring your own towel if required.
Yoga Prop Hire: Available for use. Damaged/lost props incur replacement fees.

YOGA PASS VALIDITY

Intro Pass – 21 days (residents only, one-time use).
Weekly Traveller Pass – 7 days from purchase.
5-Class Pass – 60 days from purchase.
10-Class Pass – 90 days from purchase.
1-Month Unlimited Pass – 1 month from purchase.
3-Month Unlimited Pass – 3 months from purchase (One-time suspension allowed).
6-Month Unlimited Pass – 6 months from purchase (One-time suspension allowed).

MEMBERSHIP PERIODS

All memberships at GAYA Centre are valid for the selected term.

Auto-renewing memberships: Renew automatically at the end of the term to ensure uninterrupted access. To cancel or modify, notify us in writing at hello@gayacentrebyronbay.com at least 7 days before renewal to avoid being charged. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be provided after the renewal charge is processed.
Non-auto-renewing memberships: Expire at the end of the term and require manual renewal. Members will receive a reminder before expiry with renewal options.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

GAYA Centre Members may switch between membership options by emailing hello@gayacentrebyronbay.com.

SUSPENDING MEMBERSHIPS

Only 3-month or 6-month memberships may be paused once ONLY for a maximum of 30 days at no charge.
No additional suspensions are permitted.
Requests must be submitted 7 days before the next scheduled payment in writing to hello@gayacentrebyronbay.com.

BOXING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Zero Tolerance for Violence: Any aggression, intimidation, or misconduct will result in immediate removal and potential membership cancellation or suspension.
Personal Belongings: No personal bags in the boxing area.
Strict Anti-Theft Policy: Any theft will be prosecuted.
Hygiene & Safety: Participants must bring their own towel and maintain hygiene.
Sparring & Minors: Under 18s require written parental consent for sparring and must wear protective gear.

BOXING PASS VALIDITY

Starter Pass – 14 days from purchase.
Weekly Traveller Pass – 7 days from purchase.
10-Class Pass – 90 days from purchase.
1-Month Unlimited Pass – 1 month from purchase.
3-Month Unlimited Pass – 3 months from purchase (One-time suspension allowed).

No refunds or transfers on boxing passes.

Visitors/Spectators: Must remain seated in designated areas at all times.

RECOVERY SPA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL USAGE

Towels Required: No towel, no entry.
Time Limits Strictly Enforced: Exceeding allocated time incurs a $15 charge per 10 minutes.
Paying Customers Only: Only those who have booked and paid may enter.

RECOVERY SPA SERVICES & PRICING

Cold Plunge – 15-minute maximum per person.
Infrared Sauna – 45-minute session (extra guests $20 per person, max 4 persons).
Combo Package – 1-hour unlimited Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge ($25 per extra person, max 4 persons).

EXCLUSIVE USE OF RECOVERY ROOM

Private Bookings Only: Must be pre-booked and paid in full.
Extra Guests: $20 per extra person (Sauna), $25 per extra person (Combo), billed to booking holder.
Unauthorized Guests: Bringing non-paying guests will result in immediate removal, forfeiture of bookings, and permanent suspension of access.
Late Exit Fee: $15 per 10 minutes beyond booking time.
No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PERSONAL TRAINING

No Refunds or Cancellations: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Punctuality Matters: Clients must arrive on time. Sessions start and end as scheduled.
No Extensions: Late arrivals will not result in extended sessions.
Rescheduling: Requires 24 hours’ notice in writing, subject to trainer availability.
Trainer Cancellation: If rescheduled by the trainer, an alternative time will be offered at no charge.

STUDIO HIRE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cleaning Fees: $30 per booking. Additional cleaning charged at $50 per hour if required.
Late Exit Fees: $50 per 15 minutes beyond booking time (if back-to-back booking). 10-minute grace period applies if no back-to-back booking.
No Cancellations or Refunds: Studio hire bookings cannot be refunded or transferred.
Rescheduling: 14 days’ notice required.
Yoga Prop Hire: Available upon request. Charges apply.
Equipment Responsibility: Damaged/lost equipment incurs replacement fees.
