You’re in good hands with our highly experienced, fully certified instructors. One of our head coaches led the Australian Amateur Boxing Team, while another is a former Australian Kickboxing and State Boxing Champion. Their expert guidance ensures every session is structured for technical mastery, self-defence, and peak conditioning.

Our training area features a full-sized competition ring, heavy and light bags, speed balls, floor-to-ceiling balls, and a complete set of boxing and kickboxing equipment. We also provide a full range of cardio machines to build endurance and conditioning.
